a fathers love . . .
While praying this morning the Lord brought to memory something. When our children make mistakes or we get upset at them for not learning form their past mistakes or listening to our advice, it upsets us. As parents, when we see the outcome of their errors, we get sad because they got hurt along the way. It was like a spark of light lit up quick in my head; a switched went on/off. The Lord said that is how I feel when you my children do not listen to me noticed how you loved on your son/daughter, hugged them, cried for them, and cared so much to put him on the right path, no questions asked, no pointing fingers just love on them? I said yes Lord; well that is how I am with you and all the rest of my children, I love you, I guide, put your back together, and off you go again.
Our father God keeps no record of wrongdoing. Our children hurt because of their mistakes that caused hurt, hardship and pain (physical and spiritually). When we ask for forgiveness and truly repent, He keeps no records. Our errors and mistakes he forgets about, Isaiah 43:25. You get to start fresh with Him each day. I am so thankful that we serve a God that gives us opportunities. When we fall, we can keep getting back up until we get it right, Proverbs 24: 16.
Our father God is love, mighty to forgive, mighty to cover us and protect us. His love covers a multitude of sins, I Peter 4:8. Because JESUS IS LOVE.
During this thanksgiving season, be thankful for all He brought you out of this year. All you have successfully achieved and conquer, and for all you did not. He will allow us to try again until we pass. As my spiritual father, Prophet Lovy Elias explains, “you cannot skip a grade with God, you will have to pass to elevate/graduate”. Therefore, friends and family pass the test and always seek Him with a grateful and thankful heart. Ask for forgiveness often because we fall daily. He sees our hearts. He sees our intensions. We cannot hide anything from Him.
Let’s pray: Father in the name of Jesus I thank you for this opportunity you provided to share some of the experiences I have encountered with you. I pray for more encounters and more visitations not just for me for your children that have connected to one or more blogs in this journey of my experiences with you. I pray that it brings encouragement to some of your children; I pray that through my mistakes I am able to glorify your name and help others. I know you are the creator and author of our faith so Lord please increase our faith, because without it we cannot please you. We love you lord and thank you for our family and memories that we will make this November 2023, all of this I prayed in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus.
Psalm 95: 1-5
Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the Lord is the great God, and the great King above all gods.
